1. Without consent from a parent you have to be 18 years old using Myou.
2. You have the responsibility to keep your password secure - any actions made because you've failed in this matter will be at your own responsibility.
3. You may not use the Myou services to take part or put across any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Laws are to be followed as given by the local law enforcement.
4. Myou will abandon any one who is taking part in threatening, harassing or any other intimidating actions against any other Myou users.
5. You are solely responsible for all the content that you upload into the Myou network and that concerns all data added to Myou.com.
6. Any conduct made to harm Myou.com such as sending worms, viruses, spams etc. is prohibited. This also concerns all attempts to copy or harm the Myou code.
7. Make sure you aren't violating any laws or copyrights concerning the content added to Myou.com.
8. Myou holds you solely responsible for all actions made in the name of your account on Myou.com as an in logged user.
9. If any misinformation concerning name or mobile phone number Myou claims the right to terminate the given account.
10. Myou reserves the right to charge you for any premium services you use. However, before using a premium service Myou will allways notifiy you of the current price.

Any violations to these terms will result in a total termination of your Myou account.

Having many user means that Myou aren't able to oversee all actions made within the network.We try to make our best in keeping this a clean and happy network but aren't responsible for any kind of material that could be offending to any of our users.

Terms under which Myou process personal data according to PUL (personuppgiftslagen):

As a Myou user you have given your consent that Myou is allowed to use your personal data to send content (new interesting services, adds etc.) directly to you. The consent also concerns companies that we've chosen to work with. Normally the content send to you will have the nature of discount offers or the possibility to test some of our latest services.

All personal data that we will process has been given to us from you - using our services,answered to any kind of offer or thru logging on to any part of our network - Mobile or Internet.

Once a year you have the right to (free of charge) be informed of the personal data (yours) kept by Myou and of course you always have the right to change any errors concerning your own data.

Myou will constantly update and improve our services and looks - these actions will be made without your consent. We reserve the rights to refuse our services to anyone that has made misconduct towards Myou.com or towards any of our users. The terms of use can change as we constantly develop new services on the Myou.com. We reserve the rights to take away any content that can be offending to any of our users. Myou claims the right to reclaim any usernames that have a value to a business, individual or legal trademarks so that no content could be spread with the purpose to mislead our users.

Myou cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal data

Myou continuously work towards releasing our founding services free. Hereby we claim the rights to add commercial contentto send material - of course we'll try to do this so it doesn't affect your own artistically way as a Myou user.

Your rights:

1. Our users will own their own material - all content added remain yours. We do reserve the right to tag this material with a sponsor or similar things.
2. Myou emphasizes to follow any copyright laws and remove content that we find violating these terms.
3. Any claims made should undertake normal copyright claim mode of procedure. And will be evaluated from case to case
