We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to act as a Software Lead in one of our Development Projects. You should have at least 5 years of Java experience, working with state-of-the art open-source products. You should have worked as Software Lead/Software Architect in multiple projects and be familiar of UML and Use Cases as a means of working out requirements and designing the system. You have also good social skills, as the task partly is about bringing out the best of a team of developers. You are used to discussing every thing from user benefits and usability of the system to intricate caching mechanisms. You have excellent command of written and spoken Swedish and English.

Experiences in building mobile solutions are of course very good but not necessary, but you need to be able to adapt and learn quickly. Leadership training of some kind is also a plus.
